At sunrise there is a breakfast buffet with fresh bread, eggs, sausage specialties from the region and cheese from the Gargellner Alpsennerei. Homemade jams and cakes will give even late risers a joyful start to the day. On our sun terrace we spoil you with our own patisserie and ice cream specialties. And at sunset, we will tempt you with a 5-course gourmet menu. The weekly gala dinner promises culinary highlights. And as a bedtime treat, why not enjoy a Vorarlberg digestif by the open fire or a rarity from our wine cellar?

Culinary delights on the highest level. The kitchen at hotel Madrisa was awarded by the Austrian gourmet club falstaff with 2 forks and thus is one of the best restaurants in Vorarlberg. The Gault & Millau guide awarded the visionary kitchen 13 points. We create an international menu with an Austrian focus. Natural taste in various choices and made with love. All your culinary desires will be fulfilled. For Vegans and people with allergies, our chef will gladly create “green creations” on request.
