When morning dawns in the Montafon, the scent of fresh bread, coffee, and warm pastries fills the air. Our breakfast buffet offers everything you need for a great start to the day: crusty breads, eggs from free-range chickens, regional sausage specialties, cheese from the Gargellner Alpensennerei, and homemade jams and cakes. In the afternoon, the sun terrace becomes everyone’s favorite spot—with pastries, ice cream specialties, and a view of the mountains. In the evening, the day turns into a moment of indulgence: with a 5-course gourmet menu that’s reimagined every night. Once a week, we also celebrate with a gala dinner. And afterward? A digestif by the fireplace or a glass of wine from our cellar.

Our cuisine stands for culinary delight with integrity. Awarded 2 Gault & Millau toques and 2 falstaff forks by Hotel Madrisa, we cook at the highest level—but always with both feet on the ground. Our focus is on international cuisine with an Austrian soul: honest, natural, creative, and full of passion for the ingredients. Many ingredients come directly from our own farm or from local producers whom we know personally. And for our vegan guests or those with food allergies, we create custom “green creations” upon request, which receive just as much attention as any other dish. Because for us, good cuisine isn’t just a concept—it’s a promise.
